fine views fresh pastries attentive staff
the location provides fine views. i found the breakfast excellent (especially the fresh pastries!). the room was spacious and very comfortable. i thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, and the staff was attentive to all requests.

the food was acceptable
i found the staff unhelpful when i wanted to speak with a manager the front desk refused to call her i had to wait at the front desk until she arrived the phone system seemed faulty i got a recorded message indicating everyone was busy when i knew they were not

i found the hotel provided really good service . the staff were consistently helpful and attentive to my needs. i particularly enjoyed the variety of food options available for breakfast and dinner. the grounds are beautifully maintained.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures, though it did not significantly impact my overall experience.

The room was big. The standard was very good. Staff at the front desk was very helpful. The pool area and general location are great. I loved the views overlooking the port from up on a hill. The cable car to the beach is nearby.

beautiful grounds clean area spacious room friendly staff
i stayed for three nights and the grounds were very beautiful. the pool area was very clean too. complimentary chocolates awaited me in my spacious room upon my return each day. the staff members were friendly and accommodating .
the pillows could be nicer, although this was a very minor issue. the hotel is lovely in general!
